Organisation of primary agricultural production

Through cooperation with over 300 cooperatives and 40,000 agricultural manufacturers, Agroteam organises and contracts primary agricultural production of sunflower, soy, corn, wheat, and rapeseed.

The distribution of seed, fertilisers and pesticides, soil analysis, recommendations for fertilising and use of resources for protecting plants, storage of goods after purchasing with full logistics support, are all part of services for whose contracting the service of field managers is at the farmers’ disposal. The actions of field managers are divided according to regions, and the logistics support is given by the head office in Novi Sad, where every referent monitors the operations of one field manager.
